Blueberry – Slice

This cake is dedicated to all chocolate lovers out there. Filled with superfoods, it has two different chocolate flavours: one intense and black as the night and another that ressembles milk chocolate. The “dizzy” alcohol-dipped sour cherries balance well against the intense chocolate flavour and leave behind a terrific aftertaste. The tangy sour cherry taste cuts back on the intensity of the chocolate to obtain a balanced and pleasant taste.
